By purchasing one of our Squarespace templates. you agree to the following terms:

  • You will be responsible for all costs related to your Squarespace account - this includes domains, hosting, monthly plans, annual plans, email accounts, etc.

  • Due to digital nature of our products, all template purchases cannot be returned and non-refundable.

  • You will be responsible for upgrading your trial site within 6-month trial period. We will not issue a new website template if your trial expires.

  • Our templates come with a one time use license. Template designs may not be duplicated and/or resold. If you want to build a separate website with the same template, you must purchase it again for another license.

  • LR Creative owns the right to all designs and files (excluding any photography) included in your purchase. If you are using the template to build a design for a client, you may not, in any circumstance, claim or promote these designs as your own.

  • Any photography provided with the template is copyrighted to its original owner. By purchasing a template, you agree to delete and replace this content with your own.

  • Each website template must maintain our Template by LR Creative credit in the footer.

  • Template support means informational support via email. It doesn’t include customization of the theme in any form, user specific configuration of the theme, Squarespace related issues and domain/email questions.
